仕事内容:

生産管理業務

自主企画生産品の発注後の品質・納期・原価の管理

システム入力の全般管理、検品作業業務

対象ブランド:全てのブランドの中でいずれか(基本的には複数ブランドの兼務をしていただきます)

対象アイテム:適正やご希望に応じてウィメンズ、メンズ、またはウィメンズ・メンズ両方をお任せいたします。

各調達ルートである工場や第三者検品所の管理運用状況を再確認し、

その中での課題に対して整備を行ったり、商品の品質維持・向上にむけた

B品削減・ロット返品・改修案件の極小化等の課題解決を行うことがミッションとなります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸¥3,500,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(14時間相当分)を含む。14時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収350万円~

※経験、実力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇

月給 29万円~

・基本給 26万円~

・みなし残業手当(時間外労働の有無に関わらず、14時間分の時間外手当として3万円~4万円を支給)

・14時間を越える時間外労働分は割増賃金を別途支給
