】 This position is located in Akita Plant, Yurihonjo-shi, Akita-ken

Responsible for all human resources operations in Akita factory. In addition, in order to deal with employees in Tokyo head office, regular business trips are required.

  • Compensations & benefits: payroll, social benefits, statutory insurances, medical check-up, overtime calculations.
  • HR admin.: employment, termination, update/revisions of company rules, preparation of necessary documents for local government.
  • Monthly HC report: input TM1, turnover, absenteeism, DL labor report.
  • Data preparation related to personal cost for Budget, YEFC, Forecast and monthly personal cost/brecon reporting to Finance department.
  • Employee relations: preparation of events for employee appreciations
  • Paper work for the local labor office
