Essential Job Functions

• Key Performance Indicators; required activity is to achieve target,
- On Time Delivery ( Past due backlog )
- Inventory turns
In order to achieve each KPIs target, to find out issues, make a plane, do Kaizen, check a results and take next action.

• Analyze data
- Sales order, Inventory, Load of every WCs, forecast, PDBL and so on
- Simulated KPIs value in future

Experiences/Qualifications

• Create new logic for KPIs analysis data which are required.

• Create macro in Excel as the minimum condition.

• Build a relationship with direct labor in Tsukuba.

• Be psychologically aggressive and passion

• Three years or more of experience in a manufacturing company and knowledge of the management of inventory.

• Supply management, vendor relationships, manufacturing methods and procedure, manufacturing quality and control engineering for purchasing business

• A person who has foundation for an understanding of ERP (SAP) system
