仕事内容
石こうボード工場の製造を裏方から支える【生産管理事務アシスタント】として、製造実績の入力や協力工場への依頼対応、資材・備品の在庫管理を担当していただきます。
製造ラインが止まらないよう、「入力する」「連絡する」「準備する」を正確に積み重ねていく、工場運営に欠かせない事務ポジションです。

【必須要件】
・PC基本操作スキル(スムーズな文字・数字入力)
・コミュニケーションへの抵抗感がない方
・安全ルールの順守(工場内ルールを守れる方)
【歓迎要件】
・製造メーカーでの事務経験がある方
・基礎的な英語スキル(英検2級・TOEIC500点目安)

決められた手順に沿って、着実に進める業務が中心です。
・報告・連絡・相談を大切にできる方
現場スタッフや協力工場とのやり取りもあるため、コミュニケーションが大切です。
・製造メーカーでの事務経験を活かしたい方(歓迎)
生産管理・製造事務の経験がある方は、早期にご活躍いただけます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間30分 〜 17時間15分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

- 有給休暇:10日~20日付与
入社日から付与されるため、勤務開始直後でも休暇を取得できます。

基本給:月給 16万9500円 〜 21万4500円
固定残業代:なし
