大手ソフト開発会社で、入場受け入れ手続きやPC等の貸出管理をメインに、幅広く事務をお願いします。

17時20分定時で残業もほとんどなく、プライベートを大切にできます

直接雇用の実績あり長期で働ける環境です

<事務>

・社内便管理(発送・仕分け)、備品管理 (消耗品・備品の在庫管理・発注)

・新規入場者受入れ準備、退場者関連手続き

・整理整頓 (給湯室・会議室の整理整頓、清掃、ゴミ出し)

・配布物の受取、掲示・配布・連絡メールの転送、申請書の作成提出

<設計サポート>

・ファイリング (所定の資料のファイリング、メールにて転送)

・社内通信状況・処理結果確認と連絡

・PC・ソフトの貸出管理 、利用者の申請、データ入力、システム連絡事項のメール展開
