【主なお仕事について】

・0〜5歳児の保育業務(定員71名)

・個々の発達に応じたグループ保育の実施

・遊びや生活を通じた成長サポート

・保護者との連携・コミュニケーション

・週1回の会議で意見交換(全員参加型)

事務作業は専属スタッフが担当するので、保育に専念できる環境。子どもが「頑張らなくていい」保育を実践しています。

ぽかぽか保育園は2018年より保育事業をスタートし、休日保育や病児保育の対応など他園ではカバーできない部分の保育サービスを今までもこれからも提供しづける園です。

子ども達が楽しく通える園というのはもちろんですが、まずはスタッフが輝いて働ける職場という事を大切に保育園を運営しております。

専属の事務職員の配置がされているので、保育以外の事務作業は基本的にはございません保育に集中していただくことができます。
