Job Description:
We are hiring Hardware / Circuit Design Engineers with expertise in electrical and electronic design for automotive systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with practical experience in control and circuit design, PCB design, and hands-on use of measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes.

Candidates with a strong understanding of automotive communication protocols and industry best practices will be highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop analog and digital circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts for automotive electronic components (e.g., ECUs, control modules, power management systems).

Perform control and circuit design activities, including validation and functional testing of hardware designs.
Conduct simulation, verification, and debugging using industry-standard tools and measuring instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and performance optimization.
Support system integration, troubleshooting, and failure analysis in cross-functional engineering teams.
Analyze and interpret automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and communication monitors.


Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive hardware design (ECUs, control modules, power electronics, or PCB design).
Strong hands-on skills in circuit design, control systems, and PCB design.
Proficiency with hardware design and simulation tools such as ZUKEN/Altium/Allegro
Experience with ZUKEN CR-800 tool will be an added advantage.

Oscilloscope usage is mandatory; experience with other measuring instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, or logic analyzers is preferred.

Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB Simulink, SIwave, HFSS is an advantage.
Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and ability to analyze logs at the bit level.

Japanese language proficiency:
JLPT N3 or N2.
