Job Summary: Implement harmonized integration techniques to improve shop floor data availability. Establish best practices for GMP manufacturing operations and automation systems. Collaborate with teams to introduce and utilize the Standard Automation Integration Layer (SAIL) and data historian. Execute pharmaceutical change control standards and policies. Create and modify system specifications and standard operating procedures. Contribute to developing improved control system strategies for manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide shop floor data to consuming systems using harmonized integration techniques.
• Introduce and utilize SAIL in cooperation with solution/system engineer and technical owner.
• Implement data historian introduction and operation improvement.
• Execute pharmaceutical change control standards and policies.
• Create and modify system specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to developing improved control system strategies for manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
• At least 7 years' experience in automation system engineering.
• Business level of English/Japanese verbal communication ability and reading/writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree of Engineering.
• Experience of MES, Historian, and UPI implementation.
• People and organization management experience.
• Experience of working in overseas countries.

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
