《安定の病院勤務◎看護師》
【仕事内容】
・バイタルチェック
・点滴、注射、採血などの処置
・服薬管理
・入院患者様の見守り、体位交換、生活支援
・医師の指示に基づく看護業務全般
チームで連携しながら、安心・安全な医療提供が可能な職場です♪
【1日の流れ 例】
08:30 出勤 - 夜勤スタッフからの申し送り
09:00 検温・バイタルチェック・服薬確認
10:30 点滴・処置・採血など医療行為
12:00 昼休憩(交代制)
13:00 回診同行・処置補助
15:00 カルテ記録・家族対応
16:00 夕方のバイタル測定・服薬介助
17:30 申し送り・退勤

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)
日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)
遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください
休暇・休日:
平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。
シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します
