- Language: Chinese (native or business level) + Japanese (conversational and above).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and basic risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
