モビリティ・バリューチェーン事業開発部では、モビリティ領域やバリューチェーン領域における事業運営や新規ビジネスモデル創造に取り組んでおります。

その内、UCAR事業グループでは、中古車輸出や日本国内の中古車販売店、海外でのオークション事業等様々な事業を手掛けております。既存バリューチェーン事業の拡大と新規ビジネス創出をテーマに、国内外の当社グループアセットを最大活用しながら各事業のシナジーを追求し、当社ならではの中古車関連事業を作るべく邁進しております。

業務内容

  • 中古車関連の新規事業創出(例:オークション、買取、輸出等中古車バリューチェーン事業の新規開拓、出資、M&A等)
  • 出資事業体管理、戦略策定支援等
  • 出資後のPMI支援

キャリアパス

  • 新規事業企画
  • JV等の会社設立に向けた様々な準備、及び、立ち上げ後の会社のマネジメント
  • 既存事業体や自身で出資担当した会社への出向
  • 日本(Global HQ)としての地域統括拠点(Regional HQ)や、出資事業体との戦略立案/調整
  • 事業体の月度の経営管理
  • グループリーダー(社員マネジメント等)
  • 新規買収案件のプロジェクトリーダー

必須要件

  • 四年制大学・大学院を卒業・修了後、職歴が3年以上ある方
  • 豊田通商の役員・職員の子女でないこと
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC730点以上)
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 新規ビジネス創出業務の実務経験(M&Aや出資案件含む)
  • モビリティ関連(特に自動車流通・中古車など)のビジネス経験
  • 高い目標を掲げ、自らやり抜く気持ちを有している

歓迎要件

  • IT知見(デジタルマーケティングに関わる知見/経験は尚可)
  • リーダー、もしくはメンバーとして新規事業に深く携わった経験があること
  • 国内外におけるモビリティー関連の人脈ネットワーク
