仕事内容:
<あなたに担当していただく業務>
未経験から「縁の下の力持ち」として活躍基礎からしっかりお教えします。
・会議、アポイントメントの日程調整と管理
・WordやExcelを使った各種事務書類の作成(テンプレート使用)
・代表電話、受付での来客取次ぎ業務
・プレゼン資料のデータ整理、ビジュアル資料の作成補助
・業者や協力企業への連絡、納期調整などの連携業務
また、建築設備専用の3次元CADソフトを使用し、担当者の指示に従って図面作成のサポートを行います。
・平面図/断面図/躯体図などの作図・修正サポート
・図面データの整理、出力、管理 など
※最新の3D設備CADに触れられるため、将来的に「図面が読める・扱える」スキルが身につきます。
一般事務では得られにくいPCスキルはもちろん、"IT"の実務経験を積めるのが特長です。
経験を重ねれば、事務職に加え、CADオペレーターなど、専門性のあるポジションにもステップアップできます。
