<大手生命保険会社コールセンター 社内サポート窓口>

社内の保険営業さんからの問合せ対応です。

(保険手続きに関する照会や事務処理など…)

具体的には・・・

(1)ご契約中の保険について「保険料を少なくしたい」や「更新」の手続きについて教えて欲しい

(2)保険を解約する際の支払金がいつ振り込まれるか教えて欲しい

といった内容を、社内でお調べして回答するお仕事です。

研修では座学・OJTに加えて、

募集人資格に準じたテストも実施しながらデビューを目指して頂きます。

管理者はオペレーター10名に対して4名と厚く

フォロー体制を整えていますので保険知識ゼロの方でも

安心してチャレンジ頂ける環境です。
