事業拡大に伴う、スタッフ募集です。
工業用フィルターのマーケティングスタッフを募集しています。
市場調査やデータ集計・分析、プロモーションや広告、Web展開、他、マーケティングといっても様々な分野がありますが、 業種は問わずマーケティングに関わる何らかのお仕事のご経験をお持ちの方を募集します。
マーケティング業務全般を学びながら、将来的にはマーケティング戦略の立案やチームメンバーのマネジメントもお願いする予定です。 同僚や先輩がしっかりサポートしますのでご安心ください。 まずは得意なことから始めて、一緒に学びながら成長していきましょう 関東圏内や、九州・東北まで幅広くあり2~3日の出張を伴うこともあります。 (最初は同僚や先輩が同行しますのでご安心ください)

創業以来32年、黒字経営を続けている当社。
昨年から代表が変わり、より働きやすい環境にするため社内制度を改変中です。
新たな分野への挑戦など、更なる成長を目指している中で、新たな人材を募集しています。
本社には社長含め約20名が勤務しており、マーケティング部は30代~60代の4名が所属しています。
意見を言い合うというよりは、皆で聞き合うという社風です。
入社半年以内の社員も数名いますが、どの方もすっかり打ち解けていますのでご安心ください。
