\ アットホームな自動車学校で経理事務+ときどき受付サポート /

南砺自動車学校で、経理を中心とした事務業務をお任せします。

明るい雰囲気の職場で、経験者さんならすぐ慣れていただけるお仕事です。

[主なお仕事]

①日常の入出金管理

②売上・入金の確認

③取引先への支払処理

④小口現金の管理

⑤領収書・伝票整理

⑥PCによる経理処理・データ入力

※現在、新しいシステム導入に向け準備中

⑦受付窓口業務のヘルプ(来客応対・電話応対)

〇仕事は先輩スタッフが都度優しく丁寧にお教えしますので、ブランクのある方も安心してください。

〇あなたが業務に慣れるまで先輩がしっかりサポート。分からないことがあれば、何でも聞いてくださいね。

【 必要な経験・資格 】

・64歳以下の方 / 定年が65歳のため(例外事由1号)

・経理事務経験者または一般事務、受付窓口、接客業務いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・普通免許をお持ちの方は自動車通勤OK(駐車場無料)

・専門資格不要

・高卒以上

・PCスキル / 文書作成や表作成程度

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制 / ①9:00~18:00 ②8:00~17:00(日勤のみ / 実働8時間)

・休憩60分

・残業少なめ / 月平均10時間程度(基本定時退社OK)

・週休2日制 / 日曜祝日固定休み+週のどこかで1日休み

給与:

月給 / 195,000円~230,000円

※支給額は経験・能力を考慮の上決定します。

・賞与あり / 年2回 8月、12月 計2ヵ月分(前年度実績・勤続2年目より支給)

・昇給あり / 年1回 6月 1ヵ月あたり2,000円~ (前年度実績)
