食事、入浴、トイレなど、利用者様の

「生活」に寄り添い、そばで支える介護スタッフです。

ですが、単に何でもしてあげる、ということではなく

利用者様のお身体の状態や希望を良く知り、

ご自身では「できないこと」をご本人のペースに合わせて「できること」に変えていく、という感覚です。

介護スタッフは利用者様の「生活の中」で働く立場だからこそ、

新施設の特別養護老人ホームでは

個室の「ユニット型」と多床室の「従来型」の両方を併設。

さらに、川崎市内の特別養護老人ホームでは初となる

「聴覚に障害を持った方」に対応したスペースを整備しており、

利用者様の希望や特性に寄り添った、細やかな支援ができるのが魅力のひとつです。

また運営元である三篠会は、全国初の聴覚障害者専用老人ホーム

「あすらや荘」の運営など、これまでの実績を基盤にしながら新しい試みにチャレンジしています。

今回の新施設を運営する【社会福祉法人 三篠会】では

"介護のイメージを新しくしたい"という想いのもと、様々な取り組みを行っています。

●みんなに優しい「ノーリフティング」の導入●

法人で推進している「ノーリフティングケア」とは、「抱えない」「持ち上げない」をキーワードに、

利用者様の介助を24時間のトータルサポートとして捉え、お身体の拘縮や緊張といった二次障害を予防する介護スタイル。

目的を理解し専門職としての知識と技術を身に付けることで、

利用者様の生活改善にも直結するクオリティの高いサービス提供が可能となります。

また、スタッフを腰痛などの健康被害から守り、業務改善も図ることができるため、

利用者様とスタッフ双方にメリットがあります。

三篠会では、ノーリフティング推進のために独自のマイスター制度を導入しており、

スペシャリストの育成とノーリフティングケアの現場への普及を目指しています。

ノーリフティング推進協会とも全面的に連携しており、正しい知識を学べる環境でもあります。

介護業界って、ジャージやポロシャツのイメージが根強いですよね。

もちろん動きやすさは大切ですが、お洒落な服で働けたならスタッフの気分ももっと上がるのでは?

そんな思いで『DJCOBO(脱・ジャージ工房)』と題して、

各施設からメンバーを招集。機能性も兼ね備えた、お洒落な制服が考案・選定されました。

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~10:00

夜間勤務:あり

下記の時間帯を、シフト制で勤務します。

【早出】7:00~16:00

【日勤】9:30~18:30

【遅出】12:00~21:00

【夜勤】17:00~翌10:00

☆利用者様の生活は、24時間つづきます。

勤務時間はばらつきがありますが、その分フロアのスタッフ全員で協力して、

ムダな残業が発生しない体制づくりをするつもりです。

4週8休(年間休日:110日) ※フレッシュアップ休暇3日間含む(2年目から) ※1日10時間勤務の場合、年間休日数158日 ■有給休暇:初年度3ヶ月後に10日付与

月給:21.4万円~24.3万円

賞与回数:2回

■試用期間:3ヶ月(本採用時と同条件)

■昇給:入社後5年目から年1回(満57歳まで)

■賞与:年2回(勤務年数に応じて年間1.9~4ヶ月)

※試用期間3ヵ月経過後にコース選択し、再格付けを行う

補足情報:■制服・靴・エプロンの貸与 ◆資格取得奨励制度 職員の資格取得を奨励するため、勤務上の便宜を図るとともに必要な経費の助成を行っています。 助成例(受験料、登録申請料等) 資格例(介護福祉士、介護支援専門員社会福祉士等) ◆資格取得報奨金制度 資格取得に対して努力を評価し、報奨金を支給する。 ・夜勤手当(7,000円/回)※看多機は6,500円 ・交通費支給(月額上限48,000円) ・住居手当支給(施設から2km圏内:上限48,000円/月施設から2km 圏外:上限10,000円または30,000/月) ・介護キャリア手当(0~3,000円) ・介護福祉士処遇改善手当(資格取得から段階的に0%~7%×基本給) ・資格手当(社会福祉士・介護福祉士・精神保健福祉士介護支援専門員、各6,000円/月) ・早出・遅出手当(250円/回)、日曜祝日手当(500円/回) ・障害支援手当(5,000円/月)など ・引越費用負担(原則50km以上の転居)100,000円 ※上記内容は法人規程により支給される。
