公認心理師・臨床心理士として培ってこられた

  • 関係調整や、場の空気を整える力
  • 個人と集団の相互作用を見る"システム的な視点"

こういった専門性を、そのまま"組織づくり"に活かせるポジションです。

現場の介助や医療的な支援ではなく、

「運営する側を支える」 仕事だと思ってください。

■ 主な業務内容

● 現場アセスメント・課題の可視化

スタッフの様子やチームの状態を丁寧に観察し、

「どこに負荷がかかっているのか」

「何が機能していて、何が詰まっているのか」

を心理的な視点から整理します。

● チームビルディング(心理的安全性・コミュニケーション改善)

関係性の摩耗やすれ違いを、

"誰のせいでもなく、構造の問題として"理解し、

対話の整備や役割の再設計を支援します。

心理職の方が一番力を発揮できる領域です。

● スタッフ面談・定着支援

評価ではなく"対話"としての面談です。

スタッフの負荷や戸惑いを受け止め、

離職やミスマッチを未然に防ぐ仕組みづくりに繋げます。

● 業務フロー・KPI設計

人の動きや認知特性を踏まえ、

「無理なく続く体制」を整えるための基本設計を一緒に行います。

ここでも心理学的な理解が役立ちます。

● 新規事業立ち上げの進行管理(PM)

関係者の価値観や背景を踏まえたうえで、

プロジェクトが前に進むように調整していきます。

✓ 公認心理師 または 臨床心理士(いずれか必須)

✓ 基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel/Google Workspace)

報告書作成や簡単なKPI整理などがあるため。

■ プロジェクト・業務領域

  • プロジェクトマネジメントや新規事業立ち上げの関与

・10:00~19:00(11:00以降、ご自身のタイミングで1h休憩をとること可)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥220,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
