Job Title: Public Sector and Social Infrastructure Sales Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with central government agencies, independent administrative institutions, universities, research institutions, hospitals, and social infrastructure companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Japanese public sector market and a proven track record of success in sales roles within this industry. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Palo Alto Networks' presence in the Japanese public sector market.

BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATIVE INSTITUTIONS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to develop and deliver sales enablement programs and materials.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Japanese public sector market.

10+ years of experience in IT sales (networking, software, or cloud-based solutions).

Strong understanding of the Japanese public sector market and its dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with foreign IT vendors and their business practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
