仕事内容

  • ペット問屋を定期的に訪問して商品提案、小売店バイヤー

への商品提案

  • 新規開拓はほとんど無く、既存のお客様の定期訪問

  • 定期訪問をする事で問屋営業担当と関係を構築し、

問屋の先の小売店の情報を掴むことが重要となります。

  • 自社・他社を良く知るべく定期的に店舗を巡回して、市場

調査や提案資料の作成を行います。

※最初は先輩と一緒に担当先へ訪問し仕事を教えますので、ご安心ください。

・1950年に、まぐろ、かつおの水揚げ量を誇る焼津で「三洋食品」として創業し、水産加工業で70年以上の歴史ある会社です。

・食品であるツナ缶を製造し余った端材をペットフードに活用できないか考え、1969年に国内初のキャットフード缶を発売しました。

・人間が食べても問題ないヒューマンクオリティのペットフードを製造しています。

  • 入社3ヶ月間は契約社員

3ヶ月経過後正社員選考

2023年2名・2024年3名が正社員に移行しています。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

8:00~17:00(休憩1h)

  • 土日祝休み/月1~2回程度休日出勤の場合あり

(平日に振休または代休取得していただきます。)

  • 1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(休日は会社カレンダーによる)

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 17万5000円 〜 23万円

固定残業代:なし

1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜

  • 残業代:時間に応じて支給(月平均:20~30時間)
  • 通勤手当:規定支給(上限17,500円)
  • 家族手当:規定支給(配偶者:10,000円/第一子:2,000円/第二子:1,000円)
  • 昇給あり(会社業績による)
