We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Engineer
to play a key role in driving production success. This position focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing quality, and supporting both divisional and global objectives within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Innovation:
- Introduce and implement new equipment and processes while continuously optimizing existing systems to maximize quality and productivity.
- Automation Leadership:
- Develop and upgrade automation systems in close collaboration with global engineering teams.
- Quality Consistency:
- Provide essential technical guidance to Operations to maintain high and consistent quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead or actively participate in key quality and process improvement projects.
- Global Collaboration:
- Work closely with global CIM, IT, and MES teams to ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards.
- Resource Management:
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets and oversee spare parts inventory effectively.
- Training & Development:
- Plan and deliver technical training sessions for operations and relevant stakeholders.
- Professional Growth:
- Lead projects, contribute as a strong team member, and pursue continuous self-development.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (or relevant IT experience)
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and I/O devices
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, VB, and SQL
- Solid understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles
- Experience working within GMP and/or ISO 9001 environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Highly motivated, collaborative team player
