仕事内容:

ヒートシンクの設計開発エンジニア募集

月給30万円~57万円の好待遇で技術力を活かせます。

【主なお仕事について】

・新規引き合い受領後3次元モデリング、シミュレーション(熱流体解析、構造解析)を活用した設計検討の実施

・製造用2次元図面の作成

・原理試作機の製造指示(工場やサプライヤ)

・実験・評価:実験室での評価、場合によっては工場や外部機関での評価も実施

・客先への技術レポート作成

・見積もりの取得と妥当性の確認

・関係部門(主に工場)と試作の仕様確認

・正式受注後は工場での量産立ち上げ支援まで行う(出張あり)

求める人材:

■必須

・複数部品で構成された組立製品の設計をした経験。(業界及び製品の種類は問わない)

・製品に設計及び製造に起因した問題が発生した際に自身で改善策の検討・立案・実施まで対応することができる。

・社員の一定の指示のもと、レポート(製品のスペック、品質に関する実験結果、問題点に関する技術的提案)の記載ができる。

・2D-CAD、3D-CADでの設計経験(ソフト不問)

■尚可

・熱設計、流体設計の経験がある。

・熱流体解析、構造解析どちらかを経験したことがある。

・熱に関する製品を扱った経験

・エンドユーザーのエンジニアとの折衝経験

・設計だけでなく、製造・評価・生産技術の一通りの経験

・海外の顧客・サプライヤーとの技術的折衝の経験

・英語or中国語の業務での使用経験

・スピード感を持った対応ができる。(海外顧客のスピード感に対応できる)

・2-D、3-DCADでの作図経験

・Creo(CADソフト)の設計経験
