インフラエンジニア 自社勤務 プライム上場大手独立系・キャリアに向き合うSIer

【仕事内容】

製造・流通業系の小規模案件において、幅広い業務に携わり、顧客と直接コミュニケーションをとりながらインフラ領域のプロジェクト管理を担っていただきます。

・顧客の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、インフラ要件を定義・取りまとめる業務

・システムの設計・構築フェーズにおいて、パートナー企業との連携・管理(スケジュール管理、品質管理、レビュー等)

・お客様へのプロジェクト進捗報告ならびに運用保守のサポート

配属先となる関西システム部二室一課は3名のメンバーで構成されています。それぞれ異なるキャリア段階のメンバーが在籍し、視点の多様性を重視したチームです。

【応募資格】

インフラ(サーバー・ネットワーク・クラウドなど)の構築・運用保守経験(2年以上)

【勤務時間】フレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間7時間30分・休憩1時間)

コアタイム10:30〜15:00

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均18時間40分

※9:00〜17:30の時間帯で勤務する社員が多いです。

【給与】

450万円〜650万円

月給制 基本給272000円〜

残業代全額支給

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)実費支給

  • 賞与あり 年2回(夏季・冬季) ※昨年度実績平均賞与:5ヶ月分
