【職務概要】
・新規市場調査
・新商材売り込み
【職務内容】
・前提として、同社の複合素材は他社製品との差別化が明確にできている一方、製品の複雑性も高いため、そのため、同社の複合素材の詳細・強みをわかりやすく説明し、お客様が理解していただくことが重要です。
・製品を魅力的にPRして効果的に提案できるよう、ターゲット市場の調査から始まり、訴求メッセージの設計や顧客業界に特化した技術説明資料の作成を行っていただきます。つまり、お客様に響くメッセージを創り出す能力が求められます。
・営業チームと密に連携し、競合他社との差別化を図るために、製品の優位性を明確に伝える戦略を構築していただきます。
特に、競合が存在しない分野では、顧客ニーズに対応した営業活動を行っていただきます。
・リソースが限られている中、全員が生産活動や営業活動に関わり、顧客ターゲットの選定や戦略立案を共有しながら、効率的な営業活動を展開します。
チーム全体で知恵を絞り、最適な戦略を実行していただきます。
【部署構成】
現状:1名(営業兼務)
上記の方は、マーケティングに残って、営業は別の方に引き継ぎ予定。
並列で仕事をしていく。業務分担は入社後に考えていく。

■営業企画業務経験
■幅広い業界や技術に関する知識
※少品種大量生産の製品ではなく、多品種少量生産の製品を取り扱ったご経験がある方はマッチしやすいかと思います。
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 830 万円
課長クラス:600万円~830万円
賞与:年2回、2ヶ月分
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
