システム導入の専任スタッフに引き継ぎ
店舗の運営コストを大幅に削減しながら売上アップを図れるため、即決のご契約も多く、成約率は50%~60%と高い数値を記録しています
【入社後の流れ】
まずは「挨拶」や「名刺交換」といった基本的なビジネスマナー研修からスタート。その後、商品知識や営業方法を座学にて学んでいただきます。知識を身につけたら、いよいよ現場へ。ロープレや営業同行を積み重ねて営業力を磨いていきます
役職についた後も、しっかりとした研修をご用意していますのでご安心を。「リーダーのあるべき姿」や「仕事の成果を高めるモチベーション」などの研修を、外部講師から受けていただくことができるなど、研修が充実しています。
【未経験スタートの先輩多数】
現在活躍中の営業は、ほとんどが未経験スタート。共通しているのは、"あきらめない"というマインドがあること。常に「このお客様に導入していただけたら、必ず発展に貢献できる」という想いでご提案していきましょう。実際にお客様から高く評価されています。
【新規部門立上げチャンスあり】

勤務時間・曜日:
9:30~19:30(所定労働時間8時間、休憩120分)
休憩は昼60分+1時間毎に10分休憩×6回。

完全週休2日制(土・日・祝。祝日がある日は土曜出勤。一部会社カレンダーによります)
