仕事内容:

【主なお仕事について】

高齢者施設内厨房での盛り付け、配膳、洗浄業務をお願いします。8時、12時、18時が配膳時間となっています。<配膳時間の1~2時間前>食事の準備が中心業務です。<配膳時間の1~2時間後>下膳や食器洗浄が中心業務です。利用者さまの中には、持病や様々な症状を抱えている方もいらっしゃいますので、それぞれにあわせた調理をしています。噛む力や飲み込む力が弱くなった方には、きざみ食、ミキサー食、流動食といったように介護食もつくります。決められた時間に食事を提供しないといけないので、テキパキと動くことが求められます。
