Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Joetsu.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality meets established standards by implementing quality control measures, maintaining quality management practices, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key tasks include conducting quality audits, analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute corrective actions as needed.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the organization in maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices to ensure that products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Understanding of Quality Management systems and processes, with experience managing and improving quality workflows.
Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and regulations.
Experience in Quality Auditing to evaluate processes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams effectively.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Prior experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage.
