仕事内容
ご利用者様のご自宅を訪問し、生活援助・身体介護・家事支援など、利用者様のニーズに応じた幅広いサービスを提供します。藤沢・綾瀬・大和エリアを中心に、地域に根ざした介護支援を行います。普通自動車免許をお持ちの方を歓迎します。訪問には社用車を使用します。安全運転を心がけ、利用者様宅へスムーズに移動できる方を求めています。週1日1時間から勤務可能。研修制度や資格取得支援制度も充実しています。月1~2回の事務所ミーティングで情報共有やスキルアップを図れます。【40~60代女性活躍中】

勤務時間詳細
- 勤務シフトは希望を考慮し柔軟に調整可能。
- 週3日・4時間~勤務OK。
- 研修内が、5回同行あり
- 早朝8時前・夜間18時以降
介護隊では、シフト制で勤務をお願いしており、スタッフには働ける範囲で働いていただきます。
希望を考慮してシフトを組んでおりますので、まとまったお休みを取りたい等の相談にもしっかりと対応することが可能です。
また、ダブルワーク可能な介護の仕事を綾瀬市でお探しの方にも、安心して働いていただける環境が整っております。
仕事もプライベートも両立しながら働きたいという方のために、綾瀬市の介護隊では、可能な限り希望に添ってシフトを組んでおります。
事前に相談していただければまとまったお休み等を取っていただくこともできます。

基本給:時給 1400円 〜 1700円
- 生活援助:時給1,400円~/身体介護:時給1,700円~。
- 早朝・夜間手当 時給500円増
- 移動費 1件300円
- 通信費 1件20円
- 年次有給休暇:勤務開始半年後から取得
- 午前休・午後休有
