Main Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with strong leadership skills and ripple effect to maximize DUPIXENT's impact in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP)
• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including national lectures, webinars, and co-sponsored seminars to expand the biologics market in ENT treatment
• Support sales activities through effective Area Opinion Leader (AOL) management and strategic guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at major ENT-related conferences to enhance Sanofi's presence
• Facilitate global knowledge exchange by sending Japanese KOLs overseas as speakers and contributing to international messaging initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams to establish DUPIXENT's first-line positioning against competitive biologics
• Drive market expansion strategies that position DUPIXENT as the preferred treatment option nationwide

About You

• Experience: Proven track record managing KOLs while working as CSA (MR) or MSL in university or core hospital settings
• Leadership skills: Demonstrated experience organizing new initiatives or conferences involving KOLs, with strong team management capabilities
• Technical expertise: Specialized knowledge in biologics or immunology field, with deep understanding of ENT/respiratory medicine
• Business acumen: Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, negotiation skills, creativity, and presentation capabilities
• Technical proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Languages: Native-level Japanese required; English reading and writing proficiency preferred
• Education: Relevant degree in life sciences, medicine, or related field
