仕事内容:

大規模ユーザーを抱えるゲームプラットフォームのモバイル向けコアシステム開発に携わるポジションです。SDKの設計、開発、運用を中心に、企画・仕様検討から実装、保守まで一貫してご担当いただきます。各種ゲームエンジンへの対応やパフォーマンス向上、技術検証なども行います。担当工程は、調査、設計、開発、テスト、保守改修と幅広く、上流から下流まで裁量を持って関わることで、高い技術力とキャリアアップが実現できます。開発はフレックス制で残業も少なく、ワークライフバランスを保った働き方が可能です。toC分野へのチャレンジ意欲のある方も歓迎します。

主な業務内容:

モバイルゲーム向けSDK(iOS)の新規開発と改善(提案・仕様検討含む)

各種ゲームエンジンへの対応とサポート

パフォーマンス改善、バグ対応

顧客からの問い合わせ調査対応

業務効率化ツールの開発

アプリの運用・開発支援、新サービスの技術検証(PoC)

開発環境:

開発マシン:WindowsまたはMac(選択可能)

管理ツール:Bitbucket、JIRA、Confluence

コミュニケーション:Slack、GoogleMeet、Zoom

求める人材:

【基本スキル】

・iOSアプリ(Swift)の開発経験(2年以上)

・StoreKit/StoreKit2を使用したアプリ内課金の実装経験

・上流〜下流まで一貫して自走可能な開発スキル

・複数メンバー(3名以上)を対象とする、チームリーダーもしくはPL経験

【尚可スキル】

・SDKの設計/開発、導入支援の経験(言語は問わない)

・Android向けアプリケーションの開発経験

・UnityでのアプリケーションやNativeプラグインの開発経験

・スマートフォン向けゲームアプリの開発、運用経験

・Flutterフレームワークを用いたスマートフォン向けアプリの開発経験
