ベースラインの歩留まり改善とエクスカーション防止のためのRDAエンジニアのサポート業務。SWRを設計、設定、分析し、歩留まり改善の機会をもたらす可能性のあるプロセス変更を評価し、可能な限り最速で実施する。特定の欠陥のパフォーマンスを追跡するメトリクスに関する有用なレポートを作成し、定期的に送付する。欠陥の傾向を頻繁に確認し、それに応じて対応する。製造およびシフトと協力し、意思決定に必要なデータを取得する。その他の具体的な責任には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されるものではありません:

  • IDLトレンド変動
  • SWR設定、まとめ
  • コンバージョン初動管理
  • パーティション検査による改善工程の洗い出し
  • サンプリングや検査ステップを適宜最適化することにより、RDA全体のサイクルタイム管理とキャパシティをアシストする
  • 効率的な改善活動のためBKMの文書化
