Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 アステラスの医薬品は特約店(医薬品卸)を通じて医療機関へ届けられ、特約店は価格交渉・値付けなどの販売機能、製品回収や品質のトレーサビリティもできる物流機能、売掛代金回収などの金融機能、適正使用推進を支援する情報機能を備える社会インフラです。 その特約店とBtoBを実践するのが特約店担当者であり、その業務は多岐に渡ります。物的流通と商的流通のオペレーションは製品を届ける使命とやりがいを肌で感じることができる、広い視野と価値観を得ることができる業務だと考えています。 どんなに素晴らしい製品も患者さんまで届かなくては価値が生まれません。そこには品質管理と安定供給が基本となりますが、DX活用等による流通の進化や効率化・合理化がポイントとなります。より多くの患者さんにアステラス製品を届けるために最適な流通を考え、特約店と共に製品普及のために新たなチャレンジをしてくれる方を求めています。 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) 流通部エリア2グループに所属し、エリア特約店担当者として流通部エリアGLの元で以下の業務を担当頂きます。 企画推進業務・当社製品の製品価値最大化に向けた特約店幹部折衝業務 ・流通基本方針に基づくエリア流通戦略の立案・推進 ・GM/MRとの連携による成果獲得への支援 物流/債権管理業務・安定供給に向けた特約店物流管理(製品回収・出荷調整品) ・卸経営状況の把握 ・医療機関等の市場動向に関する情報収集 (変更の範囲) 会社内での全ての業務 【組織 / Organizational Context】 流通部は流通企画Gおよび全国で4つのエリアグループで構成されています。 今回応募される方には、エリアグループのうち、エリア2グループの首都圏エリアにおけるエリア特約店担当者として、流通部エリアGLへレポートいただきます 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】 ・Locationは首都圏エリアとなります 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 ・最低3年以上の特約店担当者としての勤務経験(特に特約店本部担当者としての経験)のある方 ・自身の業務に責任をもち、過去にとらわれず積極的かつ能動的に新たなチャレンジが出来る方(従来型の流通業務にとらわれないマインド) ・常に熱意をもってグループメンバーと共に業務を遂行いただける方 ・最低3年以上の特約店担当者としての勤務経験(特に特約店本部担当者としての経験)のある方 ・業務に必要な物的流通と商的流通知識がある方 ・幅広いステークホルダーと友好的な対人関係を構築できる方 ・財務関係の知識がある方 ・首都圏エリアで特約店担当者の経験のある方
