【仕事概要】

自動車用・機器用ワイヤーハーネスの製造販売を行う会社の人事の一部を担う企業でのお仕事です

【仕事詳細】

パソコン作業をメインに、社員の方の給与計算に関連する業務全般のサポートをしていただきます。

関連するデータの管理・更新もお任せします。

  • 作業について

(1)データ入力

給与に関するデータを専用フォーマットに入力及び管理。

給与計算に関する変更点などを専用システムに入力を行います。

入力がメインになりますので、難しい操作はございません

(2)問い合わせ対応

社員の方からの給与に関する問い合わせ対応。

フォロー体制が整っていますので、わからないことは、先輩社員の方に聞きながら進めていけます

(3)保険料の計算

社会保険料および税金の計算

マニュアルがございますので、ご安心ください

(4)勤怠チェック

勤怠データの確認と管理。

入力がメインになりますので、難しい操作はございません

  • 業務の流れ

8:30 メールや社内連絡などの確認

9:00 (1)の業務を実施

12:00 お昼休憩

13:00 (2)の業務の確認と各部署に連絡

14:30 (3)の業務の対応

15:30 (4)の業務の対応

17:15 勤務終了

  • 補足

※給与の締めが15日になります。

月中は1時間前後の残業が発生することがあります。

※業務に慣れてきたら、社宅起案・支払い業務をお願いします。

・社員の方からの社宅希望連絡や問い合わせの対応。

・専属不動産会社への物件依頼。

・不動産会社への支払い業務対応。

  • 習熟期間について

お仕事の習熟程度は、6ヶ月程度になります。

フォロー体制が整っていますので、1つずつ覚えていきましょう
