介護老人保健施設での看護業務

定員80名の施設で利用者さんをサポート

日勤帯は医師常駐で安心の医療体制

夜勤は20:00~翌6:00(仮眠時間あり)

【主なお仕事について】

・利用者さんの健康管理、服薬管理

・医療処置、経管栄養の管理業務

・受診や検査への同行業務

・入所者さんの日常的な看護ケア

入社後3か月程度は研修期間として、少しずつ業務を覚えていけます

交替制(シフト制)

・8時30分~17時30分(休憩時間60分)

・9時00分~18時00分(休憩時間60分)

・17時00分~翌9時00分(休憩時間60分)※夜勤は交代で仮眠時間を設けています

時間外労働時間:月平均3時間

月平均労働日数:20.2日

・週休二日制(毎週)

・その月の木曜、日曜、祝日の数を該当月の休日数として付与します

基本給:176,000円~220,000円

※准看護師176,000円~、看護師198,000円~(ともに経験等考慮します)

■手当:あり

資格手当:16,000円~30,000円(准看護師16,000円、看護師30,000円)

調整手当:20,000円

処遇改善手当:5,000円~12,000円

夜勤手当:10,500円/回(月5回程度)

皆勤手当:6,000円

通勤手当:実費支給(上限30,000円/月)

昇給:あり 3,000円/月(前年度実績)

賞与:あり 年2回 計3.40ヶ月分(前年度実績)
