  • 【職務目的】 Pfizer Global Supply (PGS)の窓口として関連部署と円滑な連携を行い、顧客志向のサプライチェーン管理を遂行する。精度の高い需要予測および安全在庫の見直しを通じ、製品在庫の適正化を行う。また、製品廃棄の削減やポートフォリオの最適化戦略の提案を通じ、ビジネスの最大化に貢献する。 【役割】 ​ 1. 需要予測: ファイザージャパンで販売する全製品(政府買い上げ品除く)に対し、マーケティング部門との協業及びシステムを活用し、精度の高い需要予測数量を策定する。また、STAT forecastの活用を通じ、需要予測プロセスの最適化・自動化を行う。 2. コマーシャルインターフェース: コマーシャル部門に対するPGSの窓口として情報を適切に共有し、製造・販売の連携を行う。また、供給問題発生時には製造関連の情報をとりまとめ、コマーシャル部門と緊密に連携し、供給リスクを最小化する。 3. 在庫の適正化: 関連部署と協業し、製品在庫の適正化及び運転資本の最大化を行う。 4. 廃棄の最小化: 製品廃棄リスクに対し複合的なアプローチを行い、廃棄の最小化に取り組む。またファイナンスをはじめとした部門とコミュニケーションを行い、財務インパクトを最小化する。 5. ビジネスの最大化: 製品ポートフォリオの最適化提案やS&OPをはじめとしたTAシニアリーダーとの各種会議を通じ、ビジネスの最大化に貢献する。 【資格・能力要件】 1. 専門管理職/一般社員 2. オーナーシップ、オープンマインドセット 3. 複雑な問題を咀嚼し、多様なステークホルダーに対しキーメッセージを伝えられる説明能力。 4. 高い論理的思考力と問題解決能力 5. エクセル/Tableau等を用いた高い分析能力 6. 日本語・英語によるコミュニケーション能力(会話・メール双方。英語は目安としてTOEIC 730点以上 能力開発・自己啓発のモチベーション 8. ビジネス関連業務への興味 【職務経験】 ・医薬品業界における5年以上の業務経験。需要予測/医薬品製造/品質保証/生産計画/購買関連の業務経験があると望ましい ・SAPの使用経験があると望ましい ・ファイナンスに関する基本的な知識を有していると望ましい 【学歴/資格】 ・学士号以上。修士・MBA等あればなお望ましい 勤務地:東京本社
  • ※応募書類は日英双方での提出をお願いいたします。 Purpose of the job As the point of contact of Pfizer Global Supply (PGS), liaise with various departments to carry out customer-oriented supply chain management. Optimize product inventory through highly accurate demand forecasting and safety stock reviews. Also, contribute to business growth by proposing strategies to reduce product scrap and optimize the portfolio. Role 1. Demand forecasting: Develop highly accurate demand forecasts for all products sold by Pfizer Japan (excluding products purchased by the government) in collaboration with marketing team and utilizing systems. Optimize and automate the demand forecasting process (e.g. STAT forecast Commercial Interface: As the PGS contact point for the commercial team, share information appropriately and coordinate manufacturing and sales. In the supply issue, compile information from the manufacturing side and share it appropriately with the commercial side to minimize supply risks Optimization of inventory: In cooperation with related departments, optimize product inventory and maximize working capital Minimize product write off: Find the risk of write off and work to minimize. Communicate with finance and other departments to minimize financial impact Business maximization: Contribute to maximizing business through strategic proposal (optimize product portfolio) and various meetings (e.g. S&OP) with TA senior leadership. Qualifications and Competency 1. Manager or Regular employee 2. Ownership, open mindset 3. Explanation skills to digest complex issues and convey key messages to diverse stakeholders High level of logical thinking and problem solving skills 5. High analytical skills using Excel/Tableau, etc Communication skills in Japanese (native/fluent) & English (both spoken and written, with a TOEIC score of 730 or higher as a general guideline Motivation of self-development 8. Interest in business-related work Work experience At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in demand planning/pharmaceutical manufacturing/quality assurance/production planning/purchasing related work is desirable. Experience with SAP is desirable. Basic knowledge of finance is desirable. Education/Qualifications. Bachelor's degree or higher.
