Job Description: Software Development Engineer (Next-Generation Information Platform, Technology Division)

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop next-generation information platforms that enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
- Implement software solutions in compliance with best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to design principles.
- Conduct testing and debugging of software applications, providing support in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to continually improve development processes.
- Engage in documentation of software solutions and contribute to user manuals and training materials.
- Participate in agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and review meetings.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficient in database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong Japanese business communication skills (N1 level)
- Experienced to work for Japanese company
Desired Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
- Prior experience in developing information systems or data processing applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and implications in software development.
- Experience in working in multinational or cross-cultural teams is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:

Estimated annual salary : JPY6,000,000 - JPY9,000,000 (Based on experiences and skills)
