仕事内容:

お客様が気持ちよく過ごせるホテルの空間を支えているのが、私たち清掃マネジメントスタッフ。

この仕事は、ただの「清掃現場管理」ではなく、【ホテルの品質と満足度を守る】という大切な役割です。

現場では20~50名の清掃スタッフが日々稼働。彼らがスムーズに作業を進められるよう、あなたにはシフト作成や現場指揮、サービスチェックなどをお任せします。

接客経験やマネジメント経験のある方はもちろん、店舗でのバイト管理経験なども活かせます

入社後はOJTで現場に慣れていただき、段階的に業務をお任せしていくので未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

外国籍スタッフと協力することも多く、多様な働き方にふれられるのも魅力です♪

休日は週休2日制で、有給・夏季・年末年始もしっかり確保。残業も月平均15時間と少なめです。

・客室清掃スタッフのシフト管理・教育

・ホテル現場の巡回、品質管理・指導

・契約書・見積書・仕様書の作成・管理

・日本語能力検定 N1レベルの日本語能力

・現場管理経験のある方

・店舗などでアルバイトの方のマネジメント経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

8:45~17:45 (所定労働時間:8時間)

休憩時間:60分

月平均残業10時間

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(土・日・祝※月1~2回土曜日勤務)

※会社カレンダーに基づく

※年間105日+有給休暇10~20日
