仕事内容
\みなとみらい駅直結、
景色がきれいなオフィス/
ドライブレコーダー機器本体に関する
問合せ受付のお仕事です。
届くのは
「ちょっと困った…」という
操作・機能・不具合の相談が中心。
契約者さんや代理店さんと
一緒に画面を確認しながら
ご案内します。

触りながら研修へ。
ボタンや画面の流れを
自分で確かめながら覚えられるので安心。
そばには管理者がいて、
困った瞬間にも
声をかけられる距離です。

発送受付も担当します。
誰かの日常をそっと支える、
小さなつなぎ役のような
場面もあります。

3〜4名のメンバーに、
管理者2名という体制。

そして18時になったら、
お仕事はおしまい。
