仕事内容:

①訪問看護ステーションアルテハイム鈴鹿で、日勤のみの訪問看護業務を担当していただきます

②登録利用者への「通い」サービス時の訪問看護ケアと、ご自宅への「訪問」看護ケアが主な業務です

③バイタルチェック、健康状態の観察、医師の指示に基づく医療処置、服薬管理、利用者・ご家族への健康相談などを行います

④オンコール対応があります(手当支給)

⑤多職種と連携しながら、利用者お一人おひとりに寄り添ったケアを提供します
