本ポジションは、光工場を中心としたGMS(Global Manufacturing & Supply)およびGQ(Global Quality)のコミュニケーションをリードし、組織文化の醸成とレピュテーション向上を推進する役割です。
グローバルに展開する製薬企業である武田において、光工場およびGMSGQジャパンの価値を社内外に発信し、「ベストインクラス」の組織づくりに直接貢献できる非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
経営層(サイトリーダーシップチーム)と密接に連携しながら、社内コミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行、危機対応(クライシスコミュニケーション)、メディア対応、デジタルツールを活用した情報発信など、幅広い業務を担当いただきます。グローバルおよび日本国内のコミュニケーションチームと連携しながら、多文化・多拠点の環境でキャリアを築くことができます。
職務内容:
- GMSGQジャパンの方針に則り、光工場におけるコミュニケーション戦略を策定し、新たな組織文化をサイト全体に浸透させる。
- 社内外コミュニケーションを通じて、「適切な情報を、適切なタイミングで、適切な相手に、適切な方法で」届けることで、ベストインクラスの組織づくりに貢献する。
- 社内イントラネット、メールマガジン、SNS、ニュースレター、タウンホールミーティング等、複数チャネルを活用し、従業員にタイムリーかつ効果的に情報共有・エンゲージメントする。
- 光工場のプレゼンスを国内外において高め、サイトビジネス戦略への貢献を支援する。
- サイトリーダーシップチーム(SLT)と連携し、組織としてのメッセージを整理・発信するとともに、重要な情報を従業員に分かりやすく伝える。
- クライシス発生時における社内外のコミュニケーション方針・メッセージの検討および対応をリード・サポートする。
- 日本国内の他工場におけるサイトコミュニケーターのネットワークを構築し、情報連携とベストプラクティスの共有を推進する。
- プロジェクトに参画し、緻密なコミュニケーション計画と実行を通じて、プロジェクトの成功に寄与する。
- グローバルキャンペーンや各種イニシアチブ/プロジェクトについて、サイトレベルでのコミュニケーションカスケードとローカライズを企画・運営する。
- GMSGQジャパンの戦略に沿って、メディア活動やコミュニケーションイニシアチブを支援する。
- 日本国内のコミュニケーション関係者(R&D、Japan Pharma Business Unit、コーポレートコミュニケーションなど)と強固な関係性を構築し、ベストインクラスのコミュニケーション組織の実現に貢献する。
応募要件:
学歴
- 4年制大学卒業以上
- 関連分野(例:コミュニケーション、ビジネス、MBA 等)の学位を有していることが望ましい
実務経験
- コミュニケーション関連業務での実務経験 5年以上
- 大規模かつ複雑な組織におけるコミュニケーションロールの経験(複数ステークホルダーおよびマトリクス型組織での経験を含む)
- グローバル企業での勤務経験、多文化環境での経験、製薬業界等の関連業界での経験があれば尚可
- 製造および/または QA/QC に関する知識・経験があれば尚可
- カスタマーリレーション、GMP環境での勤務経験があれば尚可
スキル
- エグゼクティブ、社内外、クライシス、パブリックリレーションズを含むコミュニケーション全般に関する深い知見
- 戦略的なコミュニケーションプランの策定・実行の経験
