Bilingual SAP MM (P2P) Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily user support for
  SAP FMS
  and assist with
  upcoming S/4HANA SCM implementation
• Handle user inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with
  ATB and IT teams
• Support
  SAP MM processes
  across purchasing, production, and logistics (PO → GR → Invoice)
• Communicate with overseas teams in
  English and Japanese
  (email and verbal)
• Track, document, and report
  recurring issues and resolutions
• Identify and manage potential support issues to
  minimize business impact
• Escalate unresolved cases to
  Level 2 / Global support
  and ensure proper follow-up

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
  SAP P2P (MM)
• Solid understanding of
  PO → Goods Receipt → Invoice Posting
  process
• Experience in
  SAP user support
  or helpdesk operations
• SAP MM Certification
  required;
  S/4HANA certification
  a plus
• Strong communication skills for frequent interaction with
  business users
• Ability to
  adapt to changing priorities
  and respond flexibly

Working Hours:

9:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Working Style
:

Hybrid (3-days in office, 2-day work from home)
