仕事内容


当社では、営業担当(外勤)と納期管理・受発注業務(内勤)を分けた体制を推進しています。

営業事務スタッフは受発注処理や納期管理を担当していただきます。

・注文内容の確認・システム入力

・見積書・納品書・請求書などの書類作成

・納期管理・製造部門・外注先との調整

・電話・メールでの問い合わせ対応

・売上データ・顧客情報の管理
