以下業務に貢献いただき、事業経営をサポートいただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
・日本国内外契約(和文・英文)の起案・審査(主に売買契約、開発契約)
・紛争等の対応補助
・法令にあわせたグループ制度整備対応
