私たち「鎌倉山千葉農園株式会社」は、2025年に鎌倉市内でスタートしたばかりの農園です。ベンチャー企業のスピード感と発想力で、新しい農業の形に挑戦しています。鎌倉山・関谷エリアの自然豊かな畑では、体に優しくおいしい野菜づくりもスタートさせました。無化学農薬・無化学肥料にこだわった多種多様な野菜は、個人のお客様や鎌倉市内のレストランに直接お届けしています。富裕層向けのお野菜セットも好評を得ており、企画チームを中心に販路開拓や新規事業立ち上げを進める成長フェーズにあります。メイン活動のひとつとして、自然と季節を五感を使って体験できる農業体験・場所づくりにも注力。縛りを設けず自由な発想を武器に成長中の農園で、ゼロからイチへの立ち上げに携わってみませんか?

農業経験ゼロの方も大歓迎人柄重視の採用

当社が募集をおこなうのは、多品目野菜の生産管理スタッフと、収穫&イチゴハウスのオープン準備スタッフ。それぞれ業務委託での採用になります。法人として駆け出したばかりのため今回は雇用契約ではありませんが、ゆくゆくはパート・アルバイトや正社員としての雇用も検討中です。創業間もない農園の成長を共に楽しみ一緒に会社を創り出していく、情熱あふれる仲間に出会いたいと思っています。このためにも重要視しているのは、年齢や経験ではなく人柄。自然の中で体を動かすことが好きな方はもちろん、農業・食・環境への興味関心をお持ちの方は大歓迎。生産現場から様々な立場の人とのつながりまで、幅広く関わりたい方からのご応募をお待ちしています。

多様な経験が活きる、農業事業の可能性

農業という仕事上、夏場の暑さ・冬場の寒さはどうしても生じるので、タフな気持ちで各作業に取り組んでくださる方だと嬉しいですが、当社では夏季にシエスタのような働き方を導入し、陽ざしの強い時間帯を避けて働けるよう配慮しています。今回採用を担当する農園マネージャーは、大学では商学部を専攻。祖父が営む農業をきっかけに自然とふれあう仕事に就きたいと決意、国内外の企業で様々な研修を重ねてきました。2025年より当社マネージャーに就任後は、農業・接客・旅行業界経験を活かしてゼロベースからの事業立ち上げに尽力。「育てる場」としての農業の可能性を信じ、多くの可能性を視野に入れて前進を続けています。ぜひあなたの想いも当社の推進力に加え、共に鎌倉から日本の農業を変えていきましょう

【多品目野菜の生産管理スタッフ】 多品目野菜の栽培・出荷、農業体験の運営補助に関わる業務 ・野菜の栽培管理(種まき、定植、草刈り、肥料やりなど) ・収穫作業 ・袋詰め・出荷準備 ・畑の整備、簡単な片付け作業 ・ご家族・カップル・友人向けの農業体験のサポート (収穫体験、畑案内、簡単な説明、準備・片付け など) ※体を動かす作業が中心です ※人と関わる仕事も含まれます 《年間の栽培スケジュール》 冬:カブ、大根、紫にんじん、赤ニンジン、紫からしな、わさびな、みぶな、山東菜、ミニ白菜、春菊、ラディッシュ、さつまいも 春:こまつな、紫水菜、かぶ、じゃがいも、たまねぎ、にんにく、ケール、春キャベツ 夏:万願寺とうがらし、なす、モロヘイヤ、つるむらさき、空心菜、きゅうり、ミニトマト、ズッキーニ、しそ、ピーマン、パプリカ

【多品目野菜の収穫・イチゴハウスのオープン準備スタッフ】 多品目野菜の収穫およびイチゴハウスの新規オープンにかかわる準備業務 ※農作業日で時間がある場合は農作業も手伝ってもらいます。 ・収穫・出荷作業 畑での担当野菜の収穫出荷場での調整作業、袋詰め作業お客様への段ボール箱詰め作業 ・いちごハウスのオープン準備 いちご栽培全般。空中いちご農園(可動式吊り下げベンチ)事業にかかる仕事全般
