    • Execute daily operations based on the company's strategy and policy.

    • Support the development and execution of BTQ action plans in line with the company's strategy and policy.
    • Analyze KPIs and understand dashboards.
    • Create shifts.
    • Maintain a consistent top-notch boutique environment to provide the best service (Boutique maintenance, security management, etc.).
  • Be an exemplary brand ambassador
    • Understand Boucheron's value and embody Boucheron Japan's culture.
    • Thoroughly understand and promote internal and group rules, regulations, and manuals within the BTQ.
    • Achieve boutique and individual targets.
    • Collaborate with store managers and staff to build loyalty with VIC customers and high-potential customers.
    • Handle complaints in the absence of the store manager.
  • Bring success to the team
    • Conduct sales analysis, understand product trends.
    • Understand and support each staff member's customer and negotiation status.
    • Implement coaching through dialogues with team members to foster staff development.
    • Foster teamwork.

Skills:

  • Possess high sales skills and KPI management abilities to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Communicate effectively with each staff member, support the store manager, and rally the team together.
