Main Mission & Objective:
·Surgical Operation Unit(サージカルイノベーション)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用される医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。本ポジションでは、今後成長が期待される子宮鏡のビジネスに関して、マーケティングおよび営業を管轄していただきます。
Main Responsibilities:
主な職務は以下の通りです。
·予算達成のために営業担当者の実績を定期的にレビューし、必達に向けたアドバイスおよび指導を実施(サージカル営業部との連携を含む)
·海外製造元、薬事、営業部等の関連部門と連携し、タイムリーで効果的な情報収集や新製品上市などを実施
·製品の短期長期の財務目標の策定とマーケティング活動の計画、実行及びレビュー
·製品ライフサイクル全体に渡るマーケティング活動と生産計画の能動的なサポート
·海外カウンターパートや国内物流部門との密な情報連携
·プロモーションツール作成と営業部向けトレーニングの実施
·市場調査(競合製品分析やユーザーインタビュー調査等)とマーケティング活動への反映
·短期のみならず、中長期のセールス&マーケティングプランの作成
Requirements :
·学士(4年制大学卒)以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者
·2年以上のセールスマネージャー経験またはそれに準ずる経験
·3年以上の医療機器マーケティング経験、複数の新製品上市経験またはそれに準ずる経験
·ビジネスレベルの英語の筆記及び会話が可能(海外スタッフとの英語でのウェブ会議及びメールにおける交渉に支障がないレベル)
·外科医療機器(消化器・一般外科、胸部外科、婦人科、泌尿器科等)における業界知識の理解
·セールスマネジメントおよびプロジェクトマネジメントについての幅広い知識または経験
·優れたプレゼンテーション作成・実施能力
·PowerPoint/Word/Excelスキル
