Description

Iware Co., Ltd (株式会社 アイウエア) is looking for experienced,

skilled, and certified English teachers to join our team for school year.

The teachers will be assigned to an esteemed private Girls' school in Tokyo

Kodaira City. Would you like to be one of our members?

Private school require topnotch English teachers with relative experience,

skills, certification, and a good personality. The teacher's ability will not solely

be judged by what is on the resume; other evaluated criteria are teaching

methods, student motivation techniques, and creating an environment conducive

to student learning (teacher's personality, class layout, etc.), and so on.

Here are the details;

[Place] Tokyo Kodaira City, around Takanodai station

[Type of school] Private Girls' schools SHS

[Length of one class] 50 min /class

[Classes] Sr.1・Sr.2・Sr.3

[Teaching style] Solo and Team

[Number of students per class] 15~30 students/class

[Number of classes] 10 classes/ week

[Working days and hours] 8:30-*15:30, Monday, Tuesday, Friday

Monday: 8:30~15:30

Tuesday: 8:30~15:30 *When you have an English club duty, you'll stay until 17:00.

Friday: 8:30~15:30 *When you have an English club duty, you'll stay until 17:00.

* English club duty is only one day a week.

[Contract type] Outsourcing Contract

*As this is not an employment contract but an outsourcing contract (Business contract)

and because of the nature of contract type, there is no paid leaves and company

insurance benefits. So you'll need to join national insurance, pension.

However, you'll be paid the full amount even during the summer or winter holidays

when the school is closed.

[Payment] 163,636 JPY /per month+ transportation fee

[Duties]

-Teaching (1st year students' English communication and presentation [split class])

-Teaching (English Expression and Logical Expression for 2nd and 3rd year students

[solo teaching])

-Teaching writing in logical expression

-Syllabus setting and responsibility for using authorized textbooks

-Grading of performance tests and grades for class classes

-Examination supervision

-Guidance of after-school club activities (International Culture Club)

-Reviewing questions for high school entrance examinations

-Guidance for Eiken interviews

-Assistance with pre- and post-learning for supplementary language training events

-Meetings between teachers

-Preparation of lesson plans, preparation of teaching materials, student support,

evaluation, etc

[Requirements]

1) TEFL, CELTA or TESOL

2) Intermediate Japanese proficiency

3) Must have a bachelor's degree or higher

4) Min one year of teaching experience at a secondary school in Japan

5) Capable of working off a curriculum with the possibility of development
