< お仕事の流れ >

(1)食べ終わった食器を

台車に乗せて厨房へ戻し、

食べ残しを破棄する

(2)食器を軽く水洗いし、

食洗器へ入れる

(3)洗い終わった食器を

乾燥機へ移動する

(1)~(3)の繰り返し作業です
