仕事内容


機械学習エンジニアプライム上場/AI技術活用/裁量権/ワークライフバランス

【仕事内容】

Webアプリケーションの開発および生成AI関連技術の導入・運用などを中心に担当していただきます。

将来的にはより上流のアーキテクチャや技術選定、顧客折衝などにまで広く携われるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・Pythonを用いたWEBアプリケーションやAPIの設計・開発・保守運用

・AI/機械学習を活用したプロジェクト推進

・新技術の調査・技術検証(PoC) など

【キャリアパス】

入社後は、これまでのPython開発経験を活かして、Djangoなどのフレームワークを用いたクラウドネイティブなWEBサービスの設計・開発に取り組んでいただきます。

また、LLM(大規模言語モデル)やRAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)などの生成AI技術を活用したプロジェクトに参画頂く予定です。

さらに、これまでのご経験やご志向に応じて、以下のようなプロジェクトへの挑戦の機会もあります。

・AWS/Azure/GCPなどのクラウド基盤を活用した開発プロジェクト

・社内外向けのPoC(技術検証)やプロダクトにおける生成AIの導入

・API設計・データ基盤・インフラ構成などのバックエンド全般の技術選定

将来的には、ご希望と適性に応じて以下のようなキャリアにも進むことができます。

・テックリードとして、アーキテクチャ設計や技術選定のリード

【年収・給与】

年収:600~900 万円 年俸制 月給500000円 基本給:500000円年俸の1/12を毎月支給残業代:残業代支給対象外 ※専門業務型裁量労働制により1日8時間働いたものとみなされます。変動手当:在宅勤務手当 通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし) 賞与:あり 業績連動賞与あり 昇給:あり 年2回(職位によって異なります。)
