仕事内容:

桑名市にある住宅型有料老人ホームでの夜間ケア業務

未経験の方も安心してスタートできる環境が整っています。

〔主な業務内容〕

身体介護業務:ご利用者様の排泄介助や食事介助、着替えのサポートを中心に、夜間帯における日常生活全般の支援を行います。口腔ケアや入浴介助など、清潔保持に関わる介護業務も担当します。

安全管理業務:定期的な巡回を行い、ご利用者様の状態を確認します。ナースコール対応により、必要な時にすぐに駆けつけて適切な対応を行います。

生活リズム支援業務:起床介助や就寝介助を通じて、ご利用者様の生活リズムを整えるお手伝いをします。

〔1日の流れ〕

15:00に勤務開始し、日勤スタッフから引継ぎを受けます。夕方から夜間にかけて食事介助や排泄介助、定期巡回を行います。夜間はナースコール対応を中心に、ご利用者様の安全を見守ります。早朝には起床介助や朝食介助を行い、09:00に勤務終了となります。

新規オープン施設のため、初期メンバーとして施設づくりに参加できます。訪問介護、通所介護(デイサービス)、訪問看護など多様なサービスが備わっており、幅広い介護知識とスキルを習得できる環境です。外部医療機関や訪問看護との連携により、医療面の知識も深められます。チームで対応するバリューを掲げており、先輩スタッフのサポートを受けながら成長できます。
