Network Infrastructure Engineer Role
The Role
- Design, maintain and support the network infrastructure to ensure high system performance, reliability and availability.
- Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
- Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting as required.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Systems Engineer role, preferably in Web/Open Systems.
- Familiarity with Pega platform.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, SQL, PHP, VB and Outsystems.
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail with high standard delivery.
